DOCTORS
Ellen Warren, MD- OWNER
Dr. Ellen Warren was born in New Mexico and raised in Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma Baptist University for college and University of Oklahoma for medical school. She did her residency in Family Medicine in Columbia, Missouri and found her way to Taos in 1982, newly married to Edwin. Dr. Warren became the sole owner of the practice in January 2017.
Dr. Warren’s practice has evolved over the years to focus on women’s health issues, office dermatology and, osteoporosis. She also has an interest in skin aesthetics.
Dr. Warren has maintained certification in the American Board of Family Practice from 1982 to 2017. She is a Certified Bone Densitometrist. She did serve as chief of staff at Holy Cross Hospital.
Having raised two children in Taos, she and her husband Edwin, continue to love the area both for the scenery and also for the people who make living here so worthwhile.

Kelly Crowfeather - Practice Manager
Kelly has been with Family Practice since 2009. She is orginally from North Dakota and has worked in all phases of the medical field for 35 years. Kelly and the team will do their best to assist you with your questions and medical needs.
Marian Rainer - Administrative Assistant
Marian has been employed at Family Practice Associates since November, 2009. In addition to administrative duties, she also handles the bookkeeping, prior authorizations, and portal access inquiries.
