Dr. Ellen Warren was born in New Mexico and raised in Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma Baptist University for college and University of Oklahoma for medical school. She did her residency in Family Medicine in Columbia, Missouri and found her way to Taos in 1982, newly married to Edwin. Dr. Warren became the sole owner of the practice in January 2017.
Dr. Warren’s practice has evolved over the years to focus on women’s health issues, office dermatology and, osteoporosis. She also has an interest in skin aesthetics.
Dr. Warren has maintained certification in the American Board of Family Practice from 1982 to 2017. She is a Certified Bone Densitometrist. She did serve as chief of staff at Holy Cross Hospital.
Having raised two children in Taos, she and her husband Edwin, continue to love the area both for the scenery and also for the people who make living here so worthwhile.

Pamela Yven grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Moved to Taos in 1990. Pamela received her associates degree from UNM in 2007 and a master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky in 2015.
Pamela provides comprehensive compassionate care to patients of all ages. Seeing patients in Walk in clinic and for primary care.
Pamela has 2 grown children and enjoys spending time with them. She also enjoys nature and the New Mexico skies.
Originally from Berkeley, California, Naomi Hannah moved
to Taos in 1995. She became an advanced practice clinician
(APC) with the completion of her master’s in nursing in 2010. A certified nurse-midwife (CNM) she has helped many babies into the world and supported many Taos families through the process of pregnancy and childbirth. In addition to women’s health, she is trained in primary care. She currently focuses on primary care and clinic-based gynecology, including hormone replacement therapy consultations and contraceptive care.
She provides these services at Family Practice Associates of Taos and is thrilled to be working with such a wonderful team.
Naomi currently lives with her partner and their 5 dogs and 4
cats and has 2 wonderful sons who are busy studying
environmental science and psychology. On her time, off she
can be found singing harmony vocals all around Taos.
Marian has been with Family Practice Associates of Taos since 2009. In addition to administrative duties, she is also responsible for bookkeeping, prior authorizations, medical records and portal access
inquiries.
